It feels a lot like summer at the moment, and I’m thankful to have Number 9 Fashion’s new Sweetheart Neckline dresses to keep me cool. These dresses are made of a light stretchy cotton blend that is perfect for this warm weather.

This dress is so versatile and features a beautiful fitted bodice with a sweetheart neckline, decorative buttons and adorable cap sleeves that are perfect for protecting my shoulders from the harsh Australian sun. The skirt hits just below my knees and is an unlined flared a-line skirt with convenient deep pockets. This dress is true to size for Number 9 Fashion’s range, so I wore my usual Size Large.

The first print reminds me of my nan and is a sweet pink dream! It features vintage pink roses with antique green leaves on a background of pink and cream tartan. I’ve styled this for a summer tea party with blush flats from Charlie Stone shoes and a white Banned Apparel petticoat. I think this print would also look great with green, beige, or tan accessories.

The second print is a bold tropical-inspired print that features bursts of bright flowers against a navy background. There’s so many colours to work with in this print including including orange, red, fuchsia and pastel blue. I styled this for a summer’s night out with a Review fuchsia bow belt and black Lipstick Shoes high heel clogs.

The third is a beautiful bold print with red cherry blossoms and white cranes on a black background. The print is elegant and has beautiful subtle yellow and golden brown accents.  I styled this print for work with a red poppy brooch by Erstwilder, a red Review belt, and red wingtip heels from BAIT shoes.

The final print is my absolute favourite of this new range, it features beige roses with antique blue leaves on a rich sage green background. This print is so elegant and this fabric has a luxurious sheen so I styled it for a more formal event like a summer wedding. I kept the accessories simple to really let the print shine so I paired it with light grey wingtip heels from BAIT shoes.

All of these dresses are now available on Number 9 Fashion’s website. Let me know in the comments which look is your favourite!
