Discount Codes

  • Only one discount code can be used per checkout, be it Loyalty Reward, Referral Reward, Birthday Reward, Automatic Bundle Deal, Buy One Get One or personalise emailed codes.  That is codes can't be 'stacked'
  • Discount codes are not equal to currency and can't be exchanged for or used as currency
  • Any returns or exchanges that reduce your cart to be less than the original discount threshold or trigger will have discount differences removed from any refunds
  • Buy one get another at discount price is for equal or lesser value only
  • For example; if you purchase two items at $80 each and pay $136 (15% off), then return one.  You will be refunded $56, not $68. Also if the order is then under the free shipping threshold, shipping will also be deducted from any refunds.  We are "rolling back" your cart as if the returned item(s) were never added in the first place.

Gift Cards

  • Never expire and can be used as part or full payment along with any other payment method
  • Can be combined with Discount Codes, as they are NOT a discount.  They can be used and are treated the same as actual currency
  • Gift cards may be obtained by buying them or from being issued in exchange for returns (if opted for)

Free Gifts

  • The offer is contingent on size & availability
  • If your first preference does not have your size, please select a different one
  • Any refunds on orders that included a free item must return the free item too

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Not a problem, just get in touch with us!  We all change our minds or need a different size!

Sales Events & Past Purchases (if applicable)

If a site wide sale is launched within two (2) days of your order that paid full retail price (no discounts or FAB points used) you may claim the difference between full retail and the sale price as store credit only.

Shipping

To return your product please go to our returns page.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If the product is faulty we will reimburse return shipping.
